L.A. Reid has a lot on his plate lately with being named the new CEO of Epic Records and the one of the top judges on America’s X-Factor. With the two new jobs apparently he only wants to be surrounded by what he considers to be the beautiful people.

A source says that Reid allegedly said…

“I don’t want no ugly people working here; I only want good-looking people.”

Now this has not been confirmed nor denied by Reid himself (who is no looker) but other unnamed sources are coming to his defense.

“There is no way he said that,” and it was “completely made up” by someone with an agenda.

I wonder who would say such a thing about L.A.? Either way, if you spot no ugly people at Epic then we know the rumor is true.
