Beyonce and Jay-Z apparently closed down an entire wing of a hospital denying others care because there was no room at the inn, so that Beyonce could get a C-section or so the surrogate could give birth.

King B, checked into New York’s Lenox Hill hospital under the name “Ingrid Jackson” on Friday night. Reports also noted that Beyonce and Jay-Z spent a hefty $1.3 million to rent out the entire fourth floor of the hospital. What did the hospital do with the patients that were already in that area of the hospital; no one knows, no one cares?

In an effort to keep images from leaking to the public, hospital workers placed tape over security cameras and are forcing employees to turn in cell phones when they arrive for their shifts, the source said.

Several security guards were spotted patrolling the outside of the hospital Saturday night. Apparently, the proud parents were worried Kanye was going to show up and of course be disrespectful and make this entire situation about him, his late mother Donda and his ex girlfriend, Amber Rose.

A Lenox Hill staffer confirmed that a patient named Ingrid Jackson was in a “labor room.” The staffer was under paid and didn’t mind spilling the dirt to anyone who asked for it.

Twitter and Tumblr have gone completely mad since E! News Online made the announcement and several fake twitter accounts popped up claiming to be the newly born Carter brat. Isn’t that amazing… lol

***UPDATE*** The baby name has apparently been changed to Blue Ivy Carter; tomorrow it might be changed again to Red Robin Yum Carter, stay tuned.
